Trauma-Informed Talk Therapy

Focuses on emotional safety, validation, and understanding how trauma affects your thoughts and feelings.

EMDR

Uses structured bilateral stimulation to reduce the intensity of traumatic memories and support healing.

Fees

45-minute session:

  • $180 CAD for Ontario clients

  • $180 USD for New York clients

Sliding scale options are available. Please reach out so we can discuss a rate that works best for you.

For New York-based clients, I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.

Yes. All sessions are offered online, and I serve clients located in Ontario (Canada) and New York (USA). You’ll be asked to indicate your location before booking.

Sessions are 45 minutes long.

Yes I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. Please reach out so we can discuss a pricing option that works best for you.

Absolutely. It’s common to feel unsure about labeling your past experiences. You’re welcome to start therapy even if you’re uncertain. Together, we can explore your feelings at your own pace.
