My Approach

There is no single perfect approach to therapy. Every client is unique, and different methods resonate with different people. Here are the modalities I use most often:

Psychodynamic Therapy

Explores how past experiences, emotions, and unconscious patterns shape your current feelings and relationships. Bringing these patterns into awareness creates space for healing, choice, and meaningful change.

Trauma-Informed Talk Therapy

Focused on understanding how trauma affects thoughts, emotions, and the body. It emphasizes validation, emotional safety, choice, trust, and resilience-building.

EMDR

A structured therapy that helps reduce the emotional intensity of traumatic memories. Through bilateral stimulation (eye movements, sounds, or hand buzzers), EMDR supports the brain’s natural healing process.
